Overview And Experience
Jessica Valdez grew up in Rockford, Illinois and attended Auburn High School. After graduation, Jessica went on to earn her Associates degree from Rockford Career College in the field of Paralegal Studies. During her time in College Jessica received several awards including earning a dean’s certificate for her exceptional grades. After graduation she joined our office where she works as a paralegal and Spanish interpreter. Outside of work, Jessica spends a lot of her time doing volunteer work for PAWS Humane Society. PAWS is an amazing program that gives adoptable animals a second chance with a loving family.
Jessica is fluent in Spanish and serves as our bi-lingual Legal Secretary where she assists with greeting visitors to the office, notifying clients of upcoming court hearings, scanning and filing documents, responding to client inquiries and interpreting for our Spanish speaking clients. As legal support staff, all communications with Ms. Valdez are kept confidential. A significant role at our office is ensuring that not only does our office provide exceptional legal work to clients, but it also provides a high level of customer service.
